cut off your legs? lol sorry, just kidding. well, if you eat only 2 eggs, 2 oranges, and all the green veggies and meat (no deli meat) and 8 glasses of water for 2 days, you can lose about 5 lbs of water. it wont work much longer than that though. If you stick to a healty diet and no sodas, 8 glasses of water and no salt, and work out…you can typically lose 2 lbs a week thereafter, if you try to lose much more than that you will either get sick or gain from your body trying to retain food in a survival mode. so that could be about 10 or 11…sorry, any faster than that would be dangerous.
You can lose a lot of water weight (which you’ll put back on right away) with certain kinds of body wraps that you can get at the “health” spa… so if something important is coming up in 16 days, you can time it right so you don’t put the weight back on until afterward… I think that before you do the wrap, you are supposed to eat a lot of salt (or eat no salt)… the spa would be able to tell you.
I don’t think it’s really the best thing for your health though, your body kinda needs water!
Get a horrible virus, where you are vomiting and have diarrhea all the time, and end up in the hospital dehydrated and very sick. That’s about the only way.

you can’t even if you eat nothing.
alot of cardio! running, power walking biking really hard everyday cut down on meals (300-700 calories)
