I am around 5 foot 10 and I weigh around 183 pounds. I am 15 years old. How do I lose that much weight by my desired date. Also, I want to lose weight the naturel way, so no pills or surgery. Also, I’m a guy. Please tell me what exercise I should do, etc.

Let me tell you what worked for me, eat small meals, icorporate lean proteins such as fish and chicken, drink lots of water, then drink green tea right before bed. But what really did it for me was this great new system, the link is below
