I have tried many different kinds of diets.
I exercise 65 minutes a day.
I still weigh 125 pounds.
I need help.
I am 12 years old.

do cardiovascular exercises if possible with a trainer
1] do spot jumps [100 times]
2] do side jumps [100 times]
3] jog in the same place or cover some targeted distance daily
4] eat foods that are low in carbohydrates
eat - wheat fruits vegetables nuts
don’t eat - rice and other steamed food
the exercises will take pain in the 1st week upper and lower back pain will be there for relieving that stand on your legs keep your knees straight and try to touch your toes by bending slowly hold the position for few seconds and then relax

At your age, don’t get too stressed out about your weight, and don’t do anything too extreme. At your age, you should just try to be healthy without any particular weight goals, unless a doctor tells you you need to lose weight. I don’t think you should try any particular diet.

Eat healthy, and play a sport you enjoy. Try to cut down on any junk food and pop. Also, no sugary juice. Real juice is healthy, but don’t drink too much juice either. A few glasses a day is OK. Give it time.
