i am 16 and have a good figure just i gained some weight to my but and thighs and i weigh 134 now and im 5′4…i have been to the gym 3 days this week and eating healthy..today i blew it and i didnt exercise or a good dinner i ate good till tonight i had pizza and other stuff…not good i cheated..but yeah i wanna lose weight really bad so i am commiting even for this weekend..please let me know what i could do..do a whole meal plan…i eat really good why havent i lose weight yet?

Cut out pizza. Keep exerciizing drink lots of water - no sugary sodas. NO fries, burgers, chips or cookies - forget chocolate

Hi There!

Well to loose weight healthily there really isn’t a miracle anything out there. What I have found that works though is to count calories. The portions on the back of labels are key! I usually stick with a 1600 calorie diet, and when I eat 1600 calories I am done for the day. It really is a lot of food, just eat proportionally. As you already know, exercise, eat right and count your calories and the weight will melt off, pretty fast too!

You are doing the right thing…just keep it up. Eat healthy, drink lots of water, work out, and make sure you get enough sleep every night. Most people don’t usually see results of working out for at least 6-8 weeks. So just keep at it. Also, when you work out you’ll usually burn more fat running on the treadmill, doing aerobics, riding the exercise bike, etc than you will from pumping iron (which most girls don’t seem to be into anyhow). It’s OK to eat junk food once in a while (like once a month…or less) just not every day.

You are not terribly over weight. If you drink soda quit stop drinking it and dont eat fast food like the majority of Americans do. Running and Aerobics are your best bet along with not over eating. If your full stop eating even if there is food on your plate.
