Help! I’m thirteen and I bought a bikini last week! I want to look good in it, but I’m so flabby! I’m on a caloric intake application, and that has helped, but I need to lose it all soon! I promised myself I would last year! I want my self confidence back!
I can’t buy dieting aids that aren’t at target. My mom is paranoid that I’m going to diet, so I’ll have to be careful. I’m eating less and doing a 15 minute workout plus walking, biking, or running, but I feel like it’s not enough.
I can do 50 crunches and 15 pushups, so pedro shut your trap. You obviously are so low a creature that you take sadistic pleasure in making teenage girls feel like crap. Pathetic freak.

dont bother trying to lose weight the reality is that you’ll always be a fatty. if your flabby now you’ll be obese by the time your 20. all those candy bars and mcdonalds big mac did you in.

I actually am on the South Beach Diet. It’s more of a learning tool instead of an actual diet. It has taught me to per portion my servings better as well as to eat healthier. I began the South Beach Diet in early October of last year & have lost 40 pounds. Possibly more but I only weigh myself about every other week so it could very well be more. The best thing about it is that it’s not a strict diet & doesn’t leave you hungry at all! I eat when I want & don’t have to worry about buying special food or products. :)
