Do 13 pushups every 10 mins. Dont eat fat eat fat free stuff or jus limit the fat. RUN!!!
Dear, you are not even slightly over weight! I don’t know what you are worrying about.
But the best advice, and the most often used, is to exercise and use more calories than you intake. Also, level down on the fat you eat. Eat healthy, don’t starve yourself.
I hear jumping on mini trampolines is quite the exercise and it’s easy. Go to your local gym for an hour or so a day.
But most importantly, eat healthy and watch your calories. One of the best tips is to record your daily intake.
Since you are 15 it will be easy, but you have to not EAT JUNK FOOD! YOu need to do 30 min of cardio (running, swimming, bike) every day to lose weight. Then you should do resistance exercise ( free weights) every other day and trust me you will lose 10 pounds is 2 weeks!
It seriously is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO simple, yet everyone asks this question.
Eat healthy .. avoid lots of carbs and fats.
Work out on a regular basis.
THAT simple.
You have to PLAN your meals, and plan your exercise. You need some cardio every day (preferably morning - keeps your metabolism high all day long).
What you do is focus all your willpower on doing these important things right when you wake up. Today, plan that tomorrow morning first thing you will 1) Exercise for about 30 minutes (like jogging or jumping jacks) and 2) Eat a healthy meal for breakfast after you exercise, like a banana or apple or raw veggies.
If you focus on 30 minutes of exercise + a healthy meal for breakfast and do it Every. Single. Morning. you will start to naturally lose weight.

It’s possible, cut out unhealthy foods, fats, salt, sugars, caffines. These should be very moderate. Eat nutrient dense foods and intake at least 1600-1800 calories, eat small proportions (eat until satisfaction of hunger, never until you are overwhelmed). Be sure to do cardiovascular exercises daily. There are billions of cardio. exercises from dancing to boxing, swimming to anything else very active. As long as it gives you a sweat, you lose the pounds. Keep in ming it is essential to be getting a full workout but not a dangerous workout in excess. Also drink plenty of water. Step-ups are very good as well, try incorporating more workouts that challenge all body parts but obviously those that tone rather the strength training, I don’t think you want to be buffed up.
