YOU DONT EAT AND STARVE YOUR SELF IS THE QUICKEST WAY!!!
For breakfast try eating scrambled eggs with no yolk. You can have your mom help you take out the yolk. Add some water to that (less calories than milk) to make more eggs for the same amount of calories.
Try to eat wheat bread instead of white bread, or better yet, make a whole wheat/grain wrap! Walk/run a mile everyday (easy for me to say because I have a treadmill), and drink plenty of water.
Try drinking milk or flavored water (zero calories) instead of juice and soda.
Eat less beef and pork (hot dogs, hamburgers, ham, roast beef, bacon) and eat turkey and chicken instead.
When you eat a salad, try using low-fat Italian or Italian-Caesar dressing, and substitute croutons for sunflower seeds.
The maximum weight you should be losing per month is about 10 pounds. Anything more is unhealthy and will not be permanent.
Fast weight loss is *not permanent*.
Also, do not buy diet pills. They don’t work, no matter how pretty the boxes are or how promising the labels claim to be.
Run. Running is the most effective way to lose weight. And it comes off relatively quickly. Your metabolism skyrockets when you become a regular runner, and your body shape is literally redefined. If you have a fat butt, say goodbye to it within the first several weeks of running.
Cut out processed foods (no Easy Mac, Campbell’s soup, or Doritos anymore!). Eat lean meats in small portions, LOTS of salad with very little dressing. The best dressing for a salad is a mix of lemon juice, olive oil and parsley. No creamy dressings - they completely defeat the purpose of eating a salad.
Have fun with your new body!
Take supplements for kids
build a little muscle too
If you are 100% focused , you will lose it fast , in like 3 months maybe? Just CUT OUT all junk foods and soft drinks and drink lots of water.
Eat a big breakfast that will give you energy, excercise everday, dont eat late at night and eats fruit and veg in every meal.
Basically how most people lose weight.
Im 5ft 8″ and weigh 131lbs, i used to weigh 180lbs!!!
First of all, it’s not as hard as you think!
If you just eat at meal times, and go for healthy options, i.e. brown bread instead of white, boiled potatoes or rice instead of fries, fruit instead of chocolate, leave out butter, milk and cream etc. you will come a long way.
I have always found that I gain weight from snacking, when you actually stick to set meals, preferably 4 per day, you know how much you’re eating. With snacks it is easy to loose control. I suggest you snack on fruits if you can’t stay away.
Also go for walks for at least an hour per day and I promise you that you will see results and I think you would be able to loose at least 10-15 punds in a month if not more.
remember not to stuff yourself at mealtime either, it’s not good for you!
Good luck!
dont starve youreself just eat a balanced diet and walk for about an hour after each meal apart from breakfast walk before
Sweetie, your body is still growing, so I wouldn’t worry about trying to lose 25 lbs.! Yes, perhaps an IDEAL weight for your height may be 125lbs, but you’re only 13!! You still have a good 5+ years before your body stops growing.
Try being active during the day, eating a good breakfast and drink lots of water. Healthy snacks too!
I can only tell you what worked for me. I personally noticed results after I increased my consumption of monounsaturated fats (MUFA’s), which are found mainly in vegetable oils, olives, nuts and seeds, dark chocolate, avocados and some other plant foods. I also walk or bike for about one hour @ 5 times/week. From personal experience, I can tell you that it really makes a difference, especially around the belly.

Tea and grapefruit have also helped me.
Good luck, and don’t give up!
