I am 14 i weight 142 my height is 5ft. and I need to get to my real weight that is 115. I do not know what diet to take or what to eat. How much sugar per day, etc..? I supposed to be and want to be a size 0-5 mg size is 10-12 its really bad for me I don’t feel comfortable right now so can you please help!

you dont lose 25- 30 lb a week.

Gosh, I wish that was possible but it’s not. The fastest I’ve ever lost weight was 20 pounds in one month and that was super fast. About 10 pounds per month is considered fast after the first month of a diet. I was on the 5-4-3-2-1 diet, which you can read about below, if you’re interested. You pick the food and the diet helps you not eat too much. It works best if you eat really healthy food because you don’t want your metabolism to slow down. Drink plenty of water because it helps to fill you up. Be active every day so that you’re burning calories and so that, again, your metabolism is happy.
You can find some other good rapid weight loss diets under the “Diet Plans” section of the same website. There’s a good section called “Eat Healthy” that explains how we should all be eating all the time. There are a bunch of weight loss tips, motivational ideas, exercise tips, printable food and exercise logs, etc. Good luck!

Go anorexic
That much weight loss in one week is impossible unless you cut off both your legs!!! Size 0 to 5 is unrealistic & way too small. Cut down on sweets, potatoes, pasta, pizza and eat more fruits & veggies. Use lemon juice or vinegar on your veggies, instead of butter.
Eat nuts when you are hungry between meals. Use lettuce leaves instead of bread for sandwiches & hamburgers. Drink more water.
You are still growing, so you could get taller. Good luck & be healthy!
Sorry honey, but even if you don’t eat anything for a week you still won’t lose 25 to 30 pounds in that time. It’s in our body’s system to adjust itself so that we don’t lose weight too fast while in starvation so that we don’t die quickly should those kind of circumstances occur.
In fact, rushing the weight loss by doing things like vigorous exercising and eating nothing, is more likely to lower your chances of actually losing weight (going to the extremes will drive you over the edge - and I say this from experience).
Try losing just 1-2 pounds every week. It’s easier, healthier, and more likely that you’ll succeed in the long run. You just can’t lose 25-30 pounds in a week unless you cut off your limbs or something. Is it really worth that to be a size 0?
