Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
I have worked out with Turbo Jam (which is an absolutely amazing workout) for the past year and lost about 10 pounds from it over the summer. But I have gotton into some really bad eating habits, and gained my weight back….plus more. I went from 123 pounds to 113, and now I weigh 130 pounds. Im 5′6″ and Im ready to lose the weight for good now! How long will it take me to lose 20-25 pounds and how to I keep it off for good?! Thanks

2weeks i think!
1 walk a mile every day
2 eat 3 times a day on time
3 dont eat after 6 am
4 drink lots of water
5 avoid sugar
6 dont eat bread unless its 100 percent whole wheat
you should loose 2 pounds a week or more this way
remember fat has memory cells so you have to keep up the
list everyday this take a lil longer to loose weight but better to lose it slowly so the cells wont gain it back on you , i dont like those quick loose weight programs
