Everything will come down to diet, and the effort in the biking. Alter up your biking, making sure you have a good amount of uphills and straights to constantly force your body to adapt to new variables. And make sure you’re eating a balanced diet, preferably 5-6 smaller meals, each with a serving of protein, vegetable and carb to keep your metabolism constantly running. You should be able to drop around 2 pounds a week, though it will change from week to week, but 2 pounds a week is healthy and a great way to get in shape. Plus, doing it this way will force you to continue working for the results, which will ultimately help you in your discipline to keep the weight off when you reach your goal, as the time will help it become a lifestyle rather than a crash (and burn) diet. it’s up to you.. eat less, and eat healthy.. i’d suggest you do more than just cycling though
if your adamant about it you can lose 4-5 pounds a week.
