I wouldn’t gain any weight, but at your age I wouldn’t recommend losing any weight either. Just eat healthy, and get plenty of exercise.

keep up the good work..you will lose 25 pounds in a month or two..but after you lose, continue excercise so you can stay fit

There are studies that show that your body can not lose more than 3 pounds of fat in a week. So let’s say you have a great metabolism…workout and eat right and actually lose FAT weight not just weight 25lbs would not take long at all. It would take about 8 Weeks or 2 months to lose 25 lbs of fat in the fastest time. But remember that the first few pounds will be water weight and a few pounds will likely be muscle. So lets say you lose 6 pounds of water and 2 lbs of muscle in this weight loss program. I’m not saying that is good or ideal way to drop pounds…losing muscle is never a bonus…I’m just saying that is probably what will happen. That is what generally happens. And lets say you lose half the ideal fat per week at 1.5. Subtract the water and muscle of 8 lbs from 25 and you have 17 pounds of fat to lose. So averaged at 1.5 lbs of fat a week…you are looking at are very realistic and healthy goal of 25 total pounds in 11 weeks. Or roughly 3 months. Could be less or could be more. But a very healthy way to lose the weight would get you there at about 3 months.

My question for you though would be where did you get the 25 pound number from? You might not need to lose 25 pounds. Often times people have a predetermined weight in mind. There is no ideal weight…just guidelines. So I advice you to hit this up in a healthy way and pay more attention to how you feel and look than what the scale says.
