In April I started dieting, I power walked 3 miles a day and ate about 1000 calories per day, drank nothing but water and cut out fast food completely and by mid June I was 30 lbs lighter… So 2 1/2 months!!! Good luck!!!!!
OMG, good for you just me83. anyways, if you try real hard, I agree, (2 1/2)-3 months
