how long will it take me to lose 25 pounds if i do 2 miles a day on the treadmill until school starts (on august 19) , drink 2 bottles of water a day and try to only eat two meals a day ??

How much you can loose depends on where you are at when you start. If you are obese, 25 may be pretty easy. If you are “normal” and want to be anorexic, it could take a long time or a lot of drugs and hard work. If you really need to loose that weight, a good diet and plenty of exercise should do the trick.
As for the 2 meals per day, bad idea. you are better off eating more meals, not less. You just need it to be healthy food and in modest portions.
the most you can lose in a month is 8lbs.
I couldn’t tell you how long it would take because it is different for eveyone because we all have different body types.
However just know that for healthy weight loss you need to do 30-60 minutes of exercise a day along with strenght training so that you dont loose your muscle. And you still need to eat 3 meals a day but just make sure they are the right portion just read the serving size on the package of whatever you are eatting and make sure thats all you eat. Also if you want to loose weigh you should eat about 1200 calories a day.
For the water part most say 8 8oz glasses. However it is different for everyone. You need to take your weight and divide it in half and then drink that amount in ounces. For example if you weigh 200lbs you drink 100oz of water.
i wish you had asked this at the beggining of the summer because you do need to lose weight. well losing weight is different for everyone. it depends on your metabolism and how your body works to lose or gain weight. i lose weight very quickly but it may not be the same for you
i lost 15 pounds on the master cleanse. i did it for one week because after those 15 lbs and one week i was already 105 and 5′9. im sure if you did it for 2 weeks you will see pleasing results. just look up master cleanse. alot of celebrities are known for doing it like beyonce and denise richards
also you cannot specifically lose weight in one area. it just doesnt work that way. you have to diet and exersize and lose it all over period.
Drink 64 ounces of water a day. Two bottles a day is not enough. Try doing several (about 6, 200 calorie) small meals a day. If you just did the 2 a day you might trick your mind in to going in to starvation mode causing you to gain weight. Stay away from processed sugar, you are lucky doing it now means lots of fresh veggies, and fruits. Make sure you eat protein it helps you feel full.
Then it took me 3 miles on a cross trainer to start losing weight. It depends what is the intensity you are going at keep track of your heart rate. You did not say how old you are. Look up what your target heart rate should be.
Try to include crunches with bicycle kicks that will help. Start with at least 25 a day and try to work up on the number.
2 pounds/week is about all that you can expect and/or hope for. Eat at least 1200 calories a day (anything less puts your body into starvation mode and your weight loss will actually slow down). Exercise with both cardio and weights.
Its unrealistic to expect to lose 25 pounds, but if you’re super disciplined you might be able to lose almost 10 which is a full size in clothing. Good luck and take care of your health!
