how long will it take me to lose 25 pounds if i do 2 miles a day on the treadmill until school starts (on august 19) , drink 2 bottles of water a day and try to only eat two meals a day ??

i wear a size 12, i weigh 165 pounds and im 5′4

food to eat..
vegetables gives you vitamin and low calories, no fat.
whole grain, wheat. etc. keeps you fuller for longer. more protein.
drink green tea.. speeds up you metabolism burn more calories.
do sit ups, jogg. be active.
1. Two meals a day is going to upset your metabolism and cause you to store MORE fat.
2. What is “do 2 miles a day on the treadmill” about? Running? Jogging? Walking? Look, whatever it is, do it outside, not on a machine that’s going to do half the work for you.
3. Drinking 2 bottles of water a day isn’t anything. I’d drink upwards of 2 gallons of water a day sometimes.
4. You should eat 5-6 small meals made of lean protein and natural carbs. Forget any magic little diets. This is how you’re supposed to eat.
5. You need to add variety to your exercise regimen. Do weights, do sprints, do hill sprints, timed runs, endurance runs.
6. You cannot lose weight in just one place. It’s all genetics on how you gain it, and it’s all genetics on where you lose it first.
7. How cute that you plan on doing all this until school starts. What, you think the weight will stay off when you stop exercising and eating correctly?
