if i eat fruits for breakfast, sandwich (whole wheat/turkey/lettuce) for lunch, and veggies w/ fish or chicken or something for dinner, and workout for at least 1 hr a day, how long will it take to lose weight? And if you have any tips on foods to eat or work outs etc. please help me out. Thanks!!

Sounds like a good diet and workout plan. I’ve been told by my personal trainer that 2lbs a week is a healthy rate to loose weight at. If you want to do it the right way, which it sounds like, you need to do it like that.
2 month if you avoid dinner & take less dairy product(saturated fat)
