I’ve dropped 20 pounds in 25 days…but I’m six foot five and very active.
and I am DAMN hungry all the time
spend them right away. 1 or 25£ is not that much.
Varies a lot. You could feasibly lose a pound in 10 minutes or so of heavy sweating (I’ve done it, but not in a healthy way). Losing weight is highly variable based on starting body weight, what the composition of the weight loss is (water vs. fat vs. muscle in starvation), your basal metabolism, your sex, activity level, etc…In general, a healthy rate of weight loss is not much more than 1 pound per week. If you are quite overweight starting off, you can lose a couple of pounds per week safely, but it won’t necessarily be a sustainable rate.
If you are on healthy weight loss diet, you will loose 1 to 2 pounds a week. so 13 to 25 weeks.
it really does depend on how much you exercise and how much and what you eat.
at a healthy rate of 2 pounds per week, that would take.
12.5 weeks.
dropping anymore than that might affect your health.
about 3 monts just lose about 300 calories a day then you wont feel very hungry, i think food is alot to d with mood,
It’s safe to lose around 2-4 pounds a week. Anything above that is usually fluid. Use the mirror as your best guide, don’t even worry about the numbers. Drink heaps of water, exercise more, at least 3 times a week for 30 mins. The weight will melt away. Just remember as you exercise you will build muscle and lose fat but muscle weighs twice as much as fat so the scales can be a little deceiving. And whatever you do don’t fall for fads like diet pills or some new fancy stupid piece of equipment. Just walking is more than enough for the time being. Just do a brisk pace, maybe 4-5 kms per hour or about 3 miles an hour roughly. You can increase that speed or your distance and you get fitter and you get more comfortable exercising. For the purpose of losing fat you want your body to be flooded with oxygen because you will be burning fat as your exercise that way, so do aerobic exercise like walking. You don’t need to run and if you are carrying a bit of extra weight, running can be bad for your joints so it’s best to stick to walking for the moment. If you can do 30 mins every day you will see a difference within a week and a huge difference in 2-3 weeks. Good luck.
One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too!). You can go to =%68%74%74%70%3a%2f%2f%77%77%77%2e%68%65%6c%70%2d%6d%65%2d%64%69%65%74%2e%75%73 and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
umm if ur really commited and exercise 4 days a week walking about 2 miles a day….and you eat healthy…..then it will probably take you 1 week & a half to lose 1lb
