I weighed 132 pounds and I’m 5′1. I exercised daily 5 times a week and ate 700 calories. I lost 25 pounds in two months and now I weigh about 108. Your right, it’s unhealthy but unfortunately it’s the only thing that works. Just choose your food wisely so you can eat more within your calorie range.Cardio is great because it’s exactly what I did. I still exercise daily because it makes me feel better, but if you eat 1200 calories per day after you lose weight you shouldn’t have to exercise.
there u go go on these sites itl help u it did help me alot!

its not about the calories…its about what you eat and the amounts…. you cant just lose weight by lowering your calorie intake you have to work out too
idk, but i heard that chewing gum loses 11 calories an hour….
around 1,800 (i know that sounds like a lot!) but if you exercise your burning so many calories that by the end of the day, you’ll have a good amount of calories to stay healthy. make sure your getting enough of all your food groups and not just fats. Good Luck!!
First of all, I wouldnt count on losing 25 lbs in 2 months. Also try not to focus so much on your weight as opposed to your body fat percentage. Start going to the gym, do your cardio and work out your muscles. Building muscle burns more fat than cardio. Also when you do the cardio, dont just run at a steady pace for 30 min, jog for a few minutes, then run for a minute, and repeat for the duration of the cardio session. Keep your calories around 2000 and make sure they are healthy calories. Lean proteins(fish, turkey, chicken) complex carbs(whole wheat, fiber, veggies) and keep your sugar to a very minimum. Depending on how hard you work in the gym and how strict you keep your diet you will have a chance at your 25lb goal. Good luck
1200 calories a day
exercise for 2 - 3 hours everyday
exercise can be brisk walking, dancing, riding your bike, swimming, going to the gym etc.
It would be more realistic to lose 10-15 pounds and keep going from there. You need to have a 500 calorie per day deficit to lose 1 pound per weeki other words either eliminate 500 calories or workout and burn 500 more. You might be able to double that but the loss you want is difficult and may not be healthy. It is better to strive for long term positive lifestyle changes and results that you can achieve.
