Well I was 220 but have been sick and have lost 5 pounds over the last week. So I figured now is a good time to start losing the weight. What can I do to lose it??? I already only drink water mostly and only eat fast food maybe once a month. Is running 3 miles a day enough?

to see if you are overweight. You are about 10-20 pounds overweight I am guessing. Yes running 3 miles is fine. Just don’t over do it.
don’t just drink water that will cause you to get very sick so just drink something with less sugar and go to subway instead of a fast food restaurant…
