im 13, 5′ 4.5”, and i weigh 145 pounds. i know im at least a little overweight. but i want to change my weight BAD! so how can i get to a healthy weight ( about losing 25 pounds ) quick? it cant be too extreme, but simple work outs or eating habits or something! help!!!! (not yelling )

honestly, at your height, your weight isn’t considered to be unhealthily overweight. losing 25 pounds might be too much. i’d set a smaller goal.. like 10 or so. Start eating healthier foods, and if you find yourself hungry, fill up with water and veggies. As for working out, start taking walks or runs everyday. That should help you accomplish some weight loss.

eat only a little bit and only eat veggies and drink only water go running alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good luck~

I was on wieghtwatchers for a year and a half, don’t stop eating, thats the number one rule, you do not want to starve yourself. Now if you are going to work out consistantly then you need to eat 4-6 meals a day….not full meals, smaller meals but spread out thoughout the day. Cause with working out…especially a very active workout, you need to spread out your meals so that your body has what it needs to be active. If you don’t have time for that extreme work out on a daily basis then just do more movement…any movement helps. Walking extra throughout the day will help shed some extra pounds! Don’t overdo yourself, if you want something eat it, don’t put to many boundaries or you’ll get frustrated and end up gaining wieght. Just put a little more excersise in your day, eat healthy, but eat full meals….and don’t wiegh yourself! Wait a month, notice clothes fitting differently, then you can weigh yourself! The number is not the end result, your health and your comfort in your body!!! Good luck!!! Just don’t give up and drink 64oz of water a day…that alone will help you lose 15 pounds in a month!!! And remember you are beautiful just the way you are…no one can make you feel any less!!!

1.reduce your meals by 1/2.. you’ll feel hungry at first but graduallly your stomach will reduce and get “smaller” but it will leave less room for your stomach to intake more food in the end!

2. drink water! you’ll have to go to the restroom alot but this is a easy way to lose weight and keep your body hydrated and healthy at the same time

3. run/walk/swim/bike/situps/push… lol whatever u can do! do it everyday if u can. and you dont even have to do it all at once.. you can split it up into morning and evening

you can lose it in about 2 weeks if you realy try
