lose 25 pounds
Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:

I am 5′5 and weight 150 pounds, which is a lot for me, I gained it because of antidepressants and hormone pills. Now that I am off it, I am ready to lose all the weight. My ideal weight is 125 pounds. How soon do you think I will hit my goal if my average calorie deficit for the day will be around 1000 calories (I eat about 1200 cals and work out 1.5 hours every day)?

This website lets you put in your weight/height/age etc and tells you how much you have to eat to lose a certain amount by a certain time, or if you eat a certain amount, how much you will lose etc…

You can also put in your daily meals and it will show you your total calories, carbs, fibre etc.

You can look up almost any food’s nutritional value too :)

It really depends on the types of food you are eating.
Are these 1000 calories consisting of healthy foods, or junk food?
Although at the end of the day they will ultimately add up to 1000 either way (if you are paying attention to the numbers, that is), calories are not the only thing you should be worrying about.

I can’t go into extreme detail about all of this, but please follow your instinct. If you doubt for even a second if something is healthy or not, simply put it down!

Anyway, good luck. Losing weight can be hard for some people.

Ok now it is best time to workout to lose weight. But you can lose weight only in a phased manner and not all of a sudden. Avoid junk foods and eat fat free foods and also do some regular exercises.

There are 3500 calories in a pound. Each time the deficit gets up to 3500 you will loose a pound. It is important to not get deprived and eat when your hungry stop when your full. Karen Chambre Psychotherapist
