Ok well I want to lose 15-25 pounds really fast. Not like super fast though I want to at least somehow lose at least 20 pounds in two or three weeks and I need a lot of advice so everyone give me any diet or exercise that you know could work. Thank You! =D

I’ve been taking Alli, its really good, if you diet and exercise and take alli, ull loose weight even faster than if you were just doing the diet and exercise. There r side effects but if u want to loose weight that bad, its worth it.
Realistically, if you want to lose that much weight, you must start exercising months before, just for future reference. With an average diet/exercise, a person will lose one to three pounds a week. But, normally, you tend to lose more during the first few weeks since the body is becoming accustom to working out. In terms of diet, you must:
1. Use the Food Guide Pyramid to choose a well-balanced diet that is rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grain
foods
2. Reduce calorie intake by ~ 500 calories per day to achieve a weight loss of 1 pound per week
3. Keep in mind that weight maintenance is often more difficult than weight loss

Well maybe eat less big meals and maybe make into smaller meals. Like 4-5 smaller meals than 3 big meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner). Also, excerise and drink plenty of fluids. Don’t try to overdo the excerise either. Also, try to have fun while excerising, if you don’t enjoy the excerise than maybe you should switch it to something you enjoy and like. Examples running a few miles a day, go biking for like 10 miles, etc. Well good luck with it!
do a detox of cayenne pepper fresh lemon and maple syrup and drink and 6-9 glasses of it a day but you cant eat it nothing it does work hope it helps.
