i need to lose atlease that much weight by halloween please help …… i really feel i will have more confidence if i lose weight and every one tells me that im cute but if i lost a few pounds ill look even better hallows eve is my fav holiday so i think that will be the perfect day to show off a new body!!!

I’m sorry, but you’re 15 and you still go trick or treating?
Anyway, it’s not possible to lose 20 pounds in a month unless you throw up everything you eat.
20- 25 pounds is a lot to lose in that time frame, and not ideal. Especially for somebody of your age, when your body needs to be taking in plenty of nutrients, maintaining a steady weight and exercising to develop properly- not losing 25 pounds in a month!
However, if you are adamant to lose weight, here are a few principles: Diet and Exercise.
When we say “diet”, we do not mean starving ourselves, we just refer to what we are eating daily.
Try eating 3 healthy meals each day, eg for lunch you could eat a tuna salad sandwich and a piece of fruit. Cut out all junk food and take-outs.
Begin doing a little moderate exercise 3 or 4 times a week to help burn any excess body fat. Jogging 3 or 4 blocks on a morning or after school is a good way of boosting the metabolism. Cycling 20minutes 3 times a week would be a good alternative to this.
