losing weight’s all about will power. u have to tell urself that u cant eat that junk food..just make sure your working out and eating healthy and the weight will come off
become a vegan, lactovegatarian(can have dairy), or exercise. or two of the three. choose maybe….
Go vegan. If you think “that’s too hard” then watch the movie Earthlings.
You WILL lose weight if you eat RIGHT. Replace non-vegan things with healthy things. When I first went vegan 5 years ago I automatically lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks and that was just from changing my diet. When I started exercising I lost even more and I kept off the weight.
Remember that diets are not permanent. As soon as you go off the diet you will gain all that weight back. Going vegan is a lifestyle change, you will keep off the weight if you do it right.
