im about 5′1 and weigh 155 pounds and 19 years old. The weight is in my thighs and stomach area. i would like to lose 25 pounds. how can i do this?

Go to the gym. Get on a treadmill and start walking at a pace you are comftorable with. Eventually, after a few weeks you will see that you pace will gradually become faster. Work with the incline as well. Run, jog, and walk in 2-4 minute increments for about 30 mins. Start a workout routine. Start shopping for low fat brands. Get 100 calories packs, fruits, veggies, skinny cow ice cream. Eat every few hours. Keeps your metabolism up.

Don’t use diet pills or acai berry. Studies have shown that acai berry may be dangerous. Do not experiment. It may affect your metabolism in the end. If there was a diet cure where we didn’t have to exercise we would all be in good shape. Don’t trust anything but the good old fashioned way.
