Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
right now i’m 16 years old, 140-145 pounds, 5′1”. my bmi says i’m over weight, and i definitely look like i am. i’d like to lose some weight and look a whole lot better by thanksgiving when we have our big family reunion. any tips? i’m thinking about trying the South Beach Diet. could this help me lose 25 pounds in about a month if i stay on phase 1 for the whole month? also, what exercises burn the most fat? and how can i tone my abs/butt/thighs? also, does green tea help? any other random tips?

I would definitly recommend trying green tea. l’m a college student and when I started this semester I decided to try drinking green tea instead of coffee everyday. I wasn’t doing it to lose weight, I just wanted to try it cause I know coffee isnt the best for you. So far I have lost 15 lbs. with only slight changes in my diet. Green tea speeds up ur metabolism and gives u a bunch of energy (making it alot easier to find motivation to work out :)) I would try starting out by drinking a cup every morning, but make sure u drink it on a full stomach because some people get an upset stomach when they drink it on an empty stomach.
