work out (cardio, like swimming or jogging) 30 minutes a day 5x a week.
lift weights 2x a week:
dumbbells in hands, push to the sky
dumbbells behind your back, push to the sky
lie on bed sideways and let legs hang over the edge, hold edge
above head with your arms and pull legs up (works abs)
crunches!!
and cut out soda, white bread, whole milk, and candy/sweets/potato chips/fried foods/fast food.
I lost 20 pounds in a month doing this, except that I did 30 minutes every day.
