i need to lose between 25-30 pounds by the end of summer. well, by the time school starts again, which is late august. so how can i go about losing all this weight? also, once most of the weight is off, how can i tone my stomach/butt/thighs??

get on a treadmill everyday in your sweats, cut out the fast good, carbs and soda and sugars, and get out of the house everyday

Hun, this is REALLY hard to do. Trust me. I’ve tried.

Just try eating everything healthier, work out some, and everythingg.

Trust me- I dont think you want to hear it, but its impossible to do that. Try wearing clothes that make you look thinner. You’ll find a way!

Eat less. Move more.

Start now - set an exercise routine that has you doing something active at least 30 min each day.

For food, no starches unless it’s whole-grain whole-wheat bread (one or two slices per day). Cut out fats and sugars. Eat lean protein and skim milk and lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Drink only water.

Eat breakfast every day. Eat 4-5 small meals throughout the day. Keep a food diary to help you keep track.

Find a diet / exercise partner to help you keep on track.

It will be tough - that’s a very ambitious goal. You don’t say how much you weigh now, but it might be too ambitious. You will need to be very disciplined.

change your diet. cut out the junk food and fast food and food that is heavy on the grease. excersize at least 2 hours daily and be sure to jog or roller blade once a week. if you like swimming you can do that too. do things that are fun for you play active games or play dance dance revolution on the ps2 or something. its fun and its a great excersize thing. just have fun and dance or something. eat a heavy breakfast a not so heavy lunch and a light dinner. hope this helps. =)

diet, exercise no fast food or sodas………..i am a personal trainer 25 pounds is easy to loose if you want it to be… but it’s up to you.

First off go on a diet
exercise regularly
sleep good (This helps the blood pulse in exercise)
try to eat everything from the food pyramid(healthy stomach =healthy body )
for the toning exercise specifically in that generic area
if its kinda hard to exercise regularly i listen to rocky music =D

Of course eating right… i take pilattes and i lost about ten pounds in a month. I also go jogging for two miles three days a week in the morning with a friend and do on demand fitness.
please answer my question… it would be really helpful
