don’t eat past 6. don’t eat sweets. dont’ eat snacks. eat healthy meals. go walk every day. simple as that.

you cant lose weight easily or not going on a “diet”. if it were easy, everyone would be doing it. the best way is to eat all natural/healthy foods, dont cut out anything completely from your diet (besides, its impossible to cut sugar out completely, everything has sugar in it) and pair that off with a good exercise routine. i’d say it would take you about 4-6 months. good luck.

you need to eat healthy: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins.
you need to exercise: cardio, weights/strength.
How about when you find the magical fix to years of eating wrong and being lazy, then you tell us! There is no easy way. It’s hard work, but I do it to be healthy and to enjoy shopping for those tight little jeans:) You have to eat right, exercise, and drink plenty of water…period!
