Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
So starting in november I’m going to start going to the gym 3 times a week, and I dance for 3 hours every week on thursday.
I currently weigh 140 pounds, and I really want to lose 25 pounds before the end of January so I can weigh 115. I was wondering if there’s anything else I could do, specifically to help increase the weight lose process. I don’t drink soda often, I’m a vegetarian so I don’t eat meat. Also, I’m 5′5 and I’m 15 years old, if that matters.
