okay so maybe 10-15 pounds in 3 weeks?

It’s probably unhealthy to lose that many pounds in such a short time.
To really lose it you have to do so healthily, which means taking the time.

You need a high protein diet along with carbs NOT TO MUCH. You need carbs for your body to properly function. Keep a clean diet and start doing cardio along with resistance training(weight lifting,, I know I Know weights are for boys, actually its not. It will help you tone out and lose bodyfat. Because it will increase your metabolism. You cant control where bodyfat leaves the body, but stick to what I told you and you will rapidly burn out the fat. also dont skip breakfast because then your body will go into starvation mode, thats bad. try eating eggs and toast for breakfast, then fish and what everelse you want make sure its healthy though… stay focused and stick to your goals and resuts will come, dont be discouraged if it doesnt work in the first 2 days

Die. Honestly that is about the only way to loose that much so quickly.

You could reasonably expect to loose 3-9 lbs. no more.

exercise 3 times per day for 30 minutes. sleep 8 hours (that is how your body repairs itself)

get a heart rate monitor

cardio twice daily
brisk walk 8 minutes….then
run/jog 1 minute walk 2-3 minutes repeat this sequence 3-5 x depending on how in or out of shape you are
finish with 5-10 minute brisk walk

once daily do Yoga or a circuit weight routine
go to yoga journal .com and learn sun salutations, warrior I, II and triangle. do legs up the wall for 10 minutes nightly.

the breathing exercises , called pranayama. 3 part breath and kapalbhati will increase your breath capacity, while aiding in the eliminations of toxins and fat.

eat healthy
sample menu below

fruit in the morning only
1/2 cup berries or banana
or 1/2 cup soy milk with 1 cup oatmeal. no sugar.

apple and tsp peanut butter for snack

2 cups salad mix with 4 ounces chicken or tuna at lunch
use lemon for dressing

snack
1 slice whole grain bread with avocado and sprouts and tomato

dinner
2 veggies (1/2 cup cooked or 1 cup raw is the serving size of each)
4 ounces lean meat protein or 1 cup cooked beans
1/2 cup pasta or brown rice or potato

drink water 8 glasses
1 cup apple juice
1 cup cranberry

Don’t! This means you would have to lose more than 1lb per day for the required 25lbs in 21 days. That means that you would need more than a 3,500 calorie deficit (~3,500 cals in a pound) each day. Unless you run a marathon every day AND EAT NOTHING, you cannot achieve such a deficit. Even if you did go on some sort of starvation diet, a lot of the weight loss would probably come from the loss of muscle, and muscle is the stuff that helps you burn calories in the first place.
The basic thing to do is to not believe any of the hype and stories out there. No need to be scared, just move more, eat a bit less, or some combination of the two. Think long term, and you can drop those 25 lbs by the end of the school year.
You don’t need any stupid pills, just eat cucumbers (2 lbs of cucumber is only ~125 calories!) celery, radishes, carrots, lettuce, and lots of other fruits and veggies. Best to find these at farmer’s markets, fresh always tastes better than what they have at the grocery store. If you just start replacing bread and sweets with low calorie, fresh veggies and fruit, you’ll prob be eating less calories and have more energy to move more. The weight will start coming off and you’ll be healthier.
If, on the other hand, you try the latest fad that promises you an unrealistic (and unsafe!) weight loss of 1 lb per day, you could wreck your health and metabolism.
Use your head, get some self esteem, and realize that there’s so much more to you than how much you weigh on the first day of school.
