Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
i am 15 years old, about 5′6, and about 152 pounds. i really want to lose this weight fast and safely but i’m not sure on how to do it. so i was wondering if you had any tips/advice on what to do. i know i need to work out and eat better but is there a specific work out that will help me quickly and are there any food that will help me lose weight fast. thank you for the advice.
how about if i start the special k diet will that help me to achieve my goal? and what about green tea does that help u lose weight and can it be any kind of green tea? any little tips that can help me to my weight loss. i would like to lose the weight by June 2,2009. thanks

Running is best for working out. Most people hate, (I do too =P) but you just got to do it and get it over with. (:
It’s not too healthy to lose weight this quickly but running and lots of abs help. Weight lifting.
I cannot guarantee you that you’ll lose five pounds a week but I would suggest getting a gym membership, or if you have a workout machine at home use those machines for an hour everyday. It sounds hard but time flies when your watching TV or have your headphones in your ear. I would suggest going at twenty minutes at a time with long breaks in between. I wouldn’t worry as much about what you eat because you’ll burn off a lot of calories when you work out. I did this for a few weeks and lost 12 pounds.
That’s a lot of weight to loose in a short period of time. It’s better if you take it slow and loose 1-2 pounds a week. If you want to loose 2 pounds a week you need to burn 250 calories every day.
