Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
Okay i’m 4,11 and 128 pounds..which is almost past my BMI. I wanna lose at least 20-25 pounds. I want to know how many calories i should be eating a day , how many grams of fat to have a day. And anything else that can help me.
It’s been 2 weeks now that i’ve been eating healthy…but knowing the calories and grams of fat will help me.

just eat fruits and veggietables and no junk food
I do not know the grams, calories, etc., but I lost 35 lbs without really trying over a 3 month period, doing the following:
Make sure you are drinking 8 glasses (at least) of PURIFIED water per day, & try drinking a full glass just before meals. Make sure you have a healthy serving of a green vegetable at lunch & dinner, & don’t eat after 7pm.
Of course, stay active, exercising regularly. 30 minutes of sunlight daily is good for us, too. (gives you vitamin D)
