you are not going to get married in 30 days ,, your will be at your own funeral in 3 weeks or less,,cause of death ,, stupidity,,do you know how much work it takes to burn 400 per day
how many calories to lose 25 lbs in one month???? hmm 0 calories lol
you’re on the right track.. the only way to lose weight is to work out AND eat right. your stomach is the size of your fist… some people say thats the size portions you should be eating. but if you want to lose 25 POUNDS IN 30 DAYS???!!!! then you realllyyyyyy going to have to commit.. good luck and im sure you’ll look gorgeous on ur wedding day anyway - you’re fiance probably likes a little extra meat lol. dont stress and dont starve yourself
i think its kinda impossible to do that … but here’s some tips :-
Consult a physician – men over age 40; women over 50; people with (or at risk for) chronic health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, or obesity.
Start out slowly and build up activity gradually over a period of months. This will help avoid soreness and injury.
Try to accumulate 30 minutes or more of moderate-intensity cardiovascular activity each day.You can do all 30 minutes together or through short bouts of intermittent activity(e.g. 10 minutes at a time).
Add strength-developing exercises at least twice per week.
Incorporate physical activity into your day (walk to the office or store, take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk or jog at lunch time, etc.).
Make leisure time active – garden, walk, ride a bike with family and friends, participate in an exercise class, join in a sports activity.
Select activities you enjoy, find satisfying, and give you a feeling of accomplishment. Success leads to increased motivation to be physically active.
Be sure your activities are compatible with your age and physical condition.
Make it convenient to be active. Choose activities that are readily accessible(right outside your door) like gardening, walking, or jogging.
Try “active commuting.” Cycle, walk or in-line skate to work or to the store.
Make your activity enjoyable – listen to music, include family and friends, etc.
For those who are already regularly moderately active, increase the duration and intensity for additional benefits.
Weight Loss Tips:
Take in fewer calories than you expend. Few people understand this basic, simple concept.
Eat smaller meals 3-5 times per day.
Eat nutrient dense foods such as whole grains, lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables.
Eat slowly, and wait 10-15 minutes before taking second helpings.
Don’t eliminate everything you like from your diet. Eat those things in small amounts (pizza, candy, cookies, etc.)
Prepare healthy snacks that are easily available (cut carrots, apples, etc.)
Avoid buffets.
Drink plenty of water, especially immediately prior to meals.
I don’t know if it’s possible. You’re going to have to do ******** circuit training and cardio to get any results though. I’ve attached two options. One is Jillian Michaels’ circuit training book. You have to follow the schedule and the diet and you can do it. I’d say you can’t eat more than 1200 calories a day. The other option is VERY ******** and expensive—P90. Do either of these and you have a very good chance of shedding the weight.
I did Jillian’s workouts and lost 10 lbs. in the first two weeks. I haven’t kept up with it as well as I should and have only lost about 15 lbs. since November, but I’m leaner and cutter than I’ve ever been. Good luck and eat very healthily. Follow the diets and you can do it.
I also weighed 148 when I started and I feel like if I had to get married right now, I’d look great. I’m 5′3″.
as few as possible. burn as many as possible. remember tho, muscle weighs 3 times as much as fat. building muscle may not be the answer. burn more calories than you take in. get your nourishment tho!
there are 3500 calories in 1 POUND
if burning 400 calories a day for 5 days thats 2000 calories in 5 dAYS
2000 * 20 ( because 5 days per week 4 weeks in one month) anyways 2000 * 20 = 40,000
3500/40000= 11 pounds each month
EDIT: if you eat less you might decrease in pounds
Here are some tips:
1 ) When eating the foods you like put a LOT of it in a small plate so you think you eat more. ( warning the you ad more food to smaller plates not bigger)
2) Keep the high calorie foods OUT of the house.
3) I think that one should never PLAN a diet. LIke i mean dont make a lsit of what you will eat tommorow. Belive me that only taunts you.
4) Keep a ” My goal” chart on the fridge and/or wherever you keep fatning foods.
5) GOOD LUCK HUN
