Why do you need to lose 25 lbs?

The best thing you can do is walk or jog for 30-45 mins. a day, eat 5-6 small healthy meals a day, and drink plenty of water.

Please don’t try to lose weight because other kids at school say you need to, talk to your Dr about it first before you try anything drastic.

a 13yr old shouldnt be looking to loose weight! just eat really healthy and get involed in sports a school like try doing basketball or touch! coz im sure your not that over weight as it is :) and if you do start doing fad diets and stuff at your age your just going to reck your guts inside. hope that helps :) and good luck!!
