I am 135 pounds and need to lose 25 pounds.?
Ok heres the deal. I’m 19 years old, 5′5 and weigh 135 pounds.

I know 3 people, casual stoning partners of mine. Anyway the people I know are in a band and they actually make some half decent cash from the club gigs they do. They approached me recently and told me that a member had been dropped and that they wanted me to join them full time as the lead guitarist and vocalist(I can play the guitar quite well and they seem to be satisfied with my singing)

Its a experimental rock group and we all decided that I should shed weight to get a Sid Vicous like form. Not to mention I’m kinda curious to see if I can do it, dropping the weight will be a challenge.

How do you suggest I cut 25 pounds within 3 months? I’m a strong willed person and don’t mind strict dieting. I am slim as it is, so eating 1200 calories a day won’t make me lose weight, so don’t suggest it please.

Other than that being nasty, if you don’t mind killing yourself for a little while, only eat fruits an vegetables. To do what you want you really need to deprive yourself of protein. Take a vitamin everyday so you at least get that. Hopefully you won’t cause long term health problems associated with starvation, like damaging your heart or anything like that.

You need to do interval training and strength training. These workouts are high intensity and only take 15 - 20 minutes per day. If you really want to do this you will. Believe it and you can achieve it.

That should be a piece of cake. The calories seem about right as long as it is the right kind of food. You may need to add some exercise and fiber. A little cash incentive never hurts. Okay, just to tell you: YOU’RE NORMAL WEIGHT. You can start by eating healthy: fruits and veggies made together in yummy ways. And excersize for about 1 hour a day doing the treadmile or an olpytical.
