How can I lose 25 pounds?
I do yoga 2x a week, but I will start going about 5x a week once school is out. I run about 2x a week.
Diet suggestions? I tried cutting carbs, but it made me too tired. I couldn’t think.

You can increase the run to 3-4 times a week if you want. I’d do it every other day for at least 20 minutes. Diet is a key component also. Carbs give you energy, hense the reason you may be feeling tired. Eat more protein. Running still works the leg muscles and you have to rebuild them, which is where protein comes in. Get it from both protein shakes as well as lean red meat and chicken.
Also, try eating 4-5 meals a day. Eat your regular meals, assuming the portions aren’t too big and throw in some fruit between breakfast and lunch and a handful of nuts or something between lunch and dinner. Make breakfast your larger meal, for two reasons. One, you need to fuel your body for the day ahead and breakfast is the first meal after a long break from eating, hense the word breakfast( breaking the fast). And two, you have the entire day to burn off some of the calories that you take in during breakfast.
Well yoga is good start and so is the running but if you really want to commite exercise alone won’t do it. You are what you eat. So you want to have a high fish in take, fish because its low carb, low fat and high protein. Also fish oils contain omega 3 which are great for promoting normal body repairs/development. Okay try eating a salad daily and throw some chicken into it because chicken is high protein and low carb and fat. You want high protein so you don’t loose those leg muscles you have! ;). Alright you said you got tired when you cut carbs so what I did when wanted to loose some weight, I took this supplement called Power Cleanser. It will boost your energy cleanse your body and help promote weight loss. I found it worked great for me and Ive heard good reviews from alot of people. So if your interested check out their promo link below, think you can try it for free.
exercise is defiantly good for you but the problem with that is that exercising increases your muscle, which weighs more than fat on your body, so while you may becoming healthier it may seems just as hard to lose weight. I have tried many different types of diet but I have found that the best way to lose weight was just to eat a smaller amount of food during the day. i have lost 30 lbs and even if I eat mcdonalds i still keep the weight off just because instead of eating 3 big meals a day along with tons of snack, i just eat little snacks through out the day so by the end of the day the total amount of food i have eaten is equal to one meal. Good luck
wow, girl!
I am also going to try to loose that exact amount of weight this summer so that when I get back to school I look amazing!!
I am 5′7 at a weight where I could afford to loose 25 lbs.
I am going to try this diet:
Plenty of fruits and veggies. basically only those. Lots of strawberries, apples, oranges, lemons, carrots, brocolli, salads, etc. Twice a week or so I will have a sandwich with some sort of meat, for protein and iron and the wheat will give me energy. The only thing we should drink is water.
For an exercise routine, this is what I am going to do:
I am going to do 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, followed by 2 sets of 12 situps each. (There are 5 different styles of situps that I found out that each work a different part of your abs) and then some workouts with 3lb weights in each hand while I do them. I got these from Seventeen magazine, so if you get that too, then you know what workouts I am talking about!
I hope to loose around 3-4lbs a week if I keep at it very strictly.
I am going to start my very first year of highschool next year. yes, the big transformation from jr. high, to sr. high. I made the drill team for my highschool, so I can try to use that as motivation too.
Since you and I are going for the same goal, wouuld you like to be a sort of penpal? a diet buddy? we can email each other back and forth with our progress and compare how much weight we loose, etc!!

There is only one weight loss programme out there that works and allows you to keep the weight off after you reach your goal and that is Herbalife. Some other diets starve you and your body eats your muscle mass, this slows your metabolism, your metabolism is what burns calories, so when you finish the course you will put on more weight than you lost. Also normal to feel tired, irritable etc due to lack of protein and balanced nutrition.
If you seriously want to lose weight and keep it off you should use Herbalife products. They are the best in the world and even carry a money back guarantee. Get in touch if you want to try.
