I’m happy to say I’ve made it back into my pre-pregnancy pants & 10lbs. less than when I got pregnant this last time. It’s 100% All Natural. Doctor Approved. And Guaranteed. Check out this site or e-mail me for more info.
(I know people who have lost 50lbs within 3 months on this)

Well, I was watching this thing on the news about how there’s this FAD diet going on in Japan or somewhere.

- You eat one banana at breakfast, and drink a cup of room temperature water.

- You can have whatever you normally eat for lunch and dinner.
- One snack aloud at 3 pm.
- Be in bed by 12.

A man lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks off of it.

25 lbs? why? your 5′6… 130 is almost perfect… really, don’t do any more than 5 lbs…
but if you’re really into loosing weight here’s some tips
drink a lot of cold water every day(really cold)
eat smaller meals, but more often
cut back on sugars, obviously
try to excersise for 30-60 mins a day (5 or 6 days a week) an hydrate well before and after…
do this every day untill feb and you’ll probably get to the best weight for you… you may need a couple more months to get to the min. healthy weight but you’ll definnantly loose something.
good luck

I;m 16, and I bought this weight loss dvd that you can do at home. its easy, short, and very effective. all you need is a working tv and some space to work out in front of it. you can use the weights if you want to. Its called the Biggest Loser CardioMax DVD. I bought mine at target, I’m sure they have it at other stores. it has three levels, ad you can customize your workout from 20 minutes to 40 minutes. its awesome. these people are experts on weight loss.

there’s a link, wal mart sells it for nine dollars.

You don’t really need to do anything to loose weight - you sound like you are fine just the way you are.
Try the library for work out videos or cd’s and work out at home.
you can use the weights to do lunges and things at home.

just eat properly and exercise any way you can, but trying to lose 25 lbs sounds ridiculous. 5′6″ 130 lbs sounds as ideal as you can get

LoveStar 12.19.08 at 2:59 pm

130lbs!? Heck, I weight 130 and I look fine. Bitina is right, you’re perfect the way you are. Don’t listen to what other people or what your mind might say. You don’t need to loose anything. :)

You might be the perfect weight for your height but your body does need exercise, it is like oiling a machine. If you have stairs run up and down several times it will save going out in the cold. If you have no stairs there are plenty of places where they have. Avoid using the electric machine(lift, escalator, elevator) to get you up a couple of floors. Use stairs

Do 5 sit ups, 5 touch your toes and 5 arm lifts with weights. 5 stair runs daily and you have the cheapest exercise regime there is.

You can dance to music in doors too at any time on your own.

You have a great weight for your height and age. If you lose 25 pounds you are no longer going to be healthy, you could become very sick. At most I’d say 5-8 pounds. However if you need to loose fat do plenty of cardio like running or walking briskly for and hour everyday. I have told a plenty of people about the site I use to help me it’s called sparkteens.
Here is the link

It can make you a exercise plan, and food plan. Just eat healthy and ocassioanly have a little treat. Also I should make this point considering your weight loosing that much weight that quickly is not safe. You should only loose about 1-2 pounds a week. Keeping that in mind loosing 25 pounds would take about 5 months and there isn’t that much time. Although it is already unsafe for someone with you height and weight to loose that much anyway. Good-luck

I am about to start my routine again as well.

Start by walking for a week, the 1st days walk 2 miles and stay busy doing anything (playing ball, sit-ups/push-ups, more walking, etc) for at least 45 minutes besides your 2 mile walk.

the 2nd day walk 3 miles and increase your “play” time to 50 minutes

3rd day go to 5 miles and 1 hour of “play” time

4th day walk the 5 miles but time yourself, do the hour “play”

5th day walk the 5 miles 5 minutes faster than the day before, 1 hour of play

6th day do the 5 mile walk 10 minutes faster than the 1st day and 1 hour of play
7th day rest

on the 5th day of the 2nd week try to jog the 1st mile and walk the rest, 1 hour of “play”

always take one day off but no more

increase each week until you are jogging at least 2 miles in about 18 minutes and completing the other 3 in whatever time you can, always have an hour “play”

Make sure you eat right too

try to have a set schedule of when you will eat
don’t eat after 8pm

eating after you do your exercise is always good (maybe do the walk in the morning and the “play” in the evening or split it somehow)

be careful about sweets

try to be able to do 75 push ups & all at once by the time you go
75 sit ups too

Good luck

do push-ups, walking lunges.
Buy a set of work out bands you can find a whole set for around $29.00
at wal-mart or target.
Go to your local library and see if they have cardio DVD you can take out. You are not over weight but this will help you tone up
