My diet is basically perfect. I rarely eat anything unhealthy. I run 4 miles a day, do 50 crunches daily, and lift weights every other day. If this is enough, then how long will it take for me to see results?

Mix up your exercise. Try something different. Your body is probably use to your exercise routine so that isn’t why you are seeing results. Try biking, swimming and some other type of cardio.

That is a lot of exercise, you may want to read some other resources to get a better idea of what you are doing wrong.
I was struggling with the same issue for the longest
time. I just couldn’t get to the weight where I would be happy.
Then a friend recommend something that truly worked, unlike the other stuff I’ve tried. You should definitely check it out, there’s some great free info on this site and the eBook itself is pretty good…
