I am trying make weight for a boxing match coming up in 15 days. I am not in great shape, Currently 220 pounds. I must be down to around 195 in order to compete in the match. So what are some ways that I can make weight drop fast. Please don’t just say eat less and exercise, I know that already. I’m looking for tricks I can use or substances that will speed up the process. Thanks for the help

well i find that energy drinks really help because they give you that energy that will keep you moving so instead of working ur *** of exercising when you don’t have the energy you could use energy drinks and also if you do exercise you should do it right before a meal because when you eat after a run or something like that, your body is already working hard so the food will not turn into fat and also something important eat early that way ur not in bed while ur body is still trying to digest ur food because most of it will just eventually turn into fat and thats not wat we want!
