I did not have a plan but I had gall bladder problems and had to cut out fat completely.
Within two months I had lost 22 lbs. Just like that.
Watch the labels, get very, very low fat content or no content at all. I was surprised when I started reading labels that most items have quite a large fat count. If you cut out greasy food, butter, margarine, etc. you will loose those pounds easily by that date.
Ok heres a good plan:
Amount of exercise: Run about 3-5 miles every morning-go out anf play sports with your friends like basketball,football,baseball, ect just for fun-swimming is great-take a walk for 30-1 hour every night.
Amount of calories: well your only 14 and still growing so I would say about 2500 a day. But its not calories you should be counting. watch your sugar and fat intake. you should only have about 20 grams of fat per day or less.
start by doing small maybe cutting down on your food and jog in place watching T.V or if you have a treadmill do that! sit ups, and give yourself a reward like if i lose 5 pounds this week i will get a manicure, or when you gain weight something like i can’t eat junk food for the week now you think of some those where ideas!
you must eat no food for 6 weeks and exercise for at least 6 hours a day. Some people will say you will die if you do this but do not listen to them please. they are liars and dont know anything. you will go so skinny i promise. i am a doctor and a very important person so i should know. NOW if you eat something after three weeks you could get a heartattack
this is the secret diet and if people put you off this then it is only because they are jealous you are going to be skinny.
