there aren’t any resrictions on how mach you can lose. just think of everyday as a new start to losing weight. do what you did to lose those first thirty pounds.

Exercise 6 days a week at about 80% of your maximum heart rate (about 163) for 45 minutes a day. Dont count the warmup and cool down time in the 45 minutes. Essentially this means take an hour each day to exercise.

You’ll need to increase the intensity of your workouts. It sounds like you’ve “plateau-ed”as they call it. Also as far as diet is concerned, focus on putting good things into your body, not just avoiding bad things. A low-calorie diet is not the same as a healthy diet that is high in fiber, protein, and vegetables. Remember to drink lots of water and skim milk.

Have you tried weight watchers?
I did weight watchers and I loved it. I didn’t go to the classes
I just went by the books. I lost 30lbs. in a month.
The great thing is you can eat whatever you want. Just stay in your point range. As long as you work out and count your points it is amazing! I love food too, but weight watchers I could eat anything that I wanted. Lots of places even have weight watchers menus like TGI Fridays!
Eventually I was to stuffed to even eat the amount of points I had to eat. I look good and feel great!

You Should Try It…

Hope this Helps…
