im a model and i have to fit in a dress. they measured me and did some calculation and said i need to lose at least 10 pounds in 25 days!
what can i do? my treadmill is broken. im 5″6 and weigh 120 pounds. help!

Easy go swimming for a hour a day walk as much as you can eat alot of veggies.

You’re not a model, because a) models have to be at least 5′8, unless you’re a petit model, but you have to be a tad smaller for that, and b) You weigh too much to be a model.

Impossible to lose that much in that much time.

Pretty much no carbs fruit sugar for the first 2 weeks and you can drop about 8-12 pounds than.

She never said what type of model so before you think you know everything get your facts straight.
Theyre are plenty of models under 5′8 and over 100 something pounds. She could be gorgeous and thats why people wanted to use her

i have a severe thyriod disorder and in two months i have dropped 15 pounds. this is how….. green tea like a gallon a day, with acidophilus to maintain good digestive tract health and avoid yeast infection. cut our red meat and sugar and i have been taking actiberry trim and multi vitimin.. for belly fat i think that the real trick is to make certain to eat things high in fiber.. also not potato products or bleached flour.. it works like a charm 10 pounds were lost in 3 weeks
