hey i heard of this thing on he internet where this lady lost a pound every day by only eating a type of fruit for every meal
y wud u have to lose wieght and that much too!!!!!!!! whoa
you should not try to lose this much weight this quickly take it slow and eat healthy and the weight will go.
also the plank is an amazing exercise to get a flat stomach look here:
That is a short timescale for that amount of weight loss. Exercises to use for a flatter stomach are of course sit ups…the best general exercise I find is power walking or swimming. It helps tone all of your body.
If you are taking exercise seriously don’t make the mistake a lot of women make and think that just because weight isn’t dropping off you it’s not working. Muscle weighs more than fat, if you tone up you can maintain your current weight but look and feel a lot better by being toned.
Good luck
-Do stomach crunches
-Go on the treadmill for about 30 mins. a day
-Walk wherever you can
-Eat healthy
spot reduction is IMPOSSIBLE
i know some people are going to post do *** time on the threadill, do lots of crunches and situps
BULLSH!T it’s not going to happen
actually, if you do situps and crunches you might look like you have a fatter stomach cuz you’re working out a “muscle” and the muscle will grow..
the fat there are “stored fat” by doing crunches and situps cannot do anything to it. it’s like having a bottle of water and oil then adding salt…the oil still stays up top.
you can lose the fat though
you’ll first need fat burners, lower calorie intake eat 6 spaced and evenly nutritious meals drink lotsssssssss of water and a combination of weight lifting and aerobics
you’ll need a dietitian for the caloric numbers and the vitamin + minerals breakdown.
for the exercises…it’s been PROVEN, that you need to lose overall fat to see a difference in any desired part of your body don’t listen to any of these people who says otherwise because it gives you hope…im being honest.
now..you’ll need to exercise about 4-6 times a week
no more than 1hr and 30 mins.
some light weight lifting for each body part….a body part a day
(if you want more about my workout regimen you can message me)
start with 30 mins of intense weight lifting..that’ll drop you into “fat burning mode” then you hit cardio mix with intense/medium/slow and you’ll see results.
