Or possibly the middle of August, if that’s too extreme of a goal.
Alright. I need to lose 25-30 pounds by the end of July for work.
I’m a model…and I took a break for awhile and on that break
I gained weight like CRAZY! I lost 9 pounds this month,
and went from 178 to 169, but I wasn’t on that much of a “diet”.
I just ate less…and hardly exercised. I’m looking to get down to about 140, or even less. But 140 is my overall goal, at the moment. I need to somehow do this by the middle of august at the LATEST, so I can get back to work. I may be a model, but I want to lose weight the healthy way and not the “model” way. haha
Are there any diet plans I could try?
I’ve lost a little bit of weight, but it seems like it came off slowly.
Plus the fact that I was slacking adds to that.
Anyone have any good tips? Suggestions?
It’ll be even better if someone can give me a diet plan
from personal experience.
Thanks so much! xoxoxo
I said 25-35.
I’ve heard of people doing it before.
My mother lost 30 pounds in a month.
Don’t be rude.

35 pounds by the end of July???????/
Sorry, ain’t happening.
Stay away from sugary treats, breads, pastas, and anything made from potatoes (fries, chips, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes…) corn, lima beans, peas, anything starchy. It all turns to sugar in your body and sugar turns into fat which gets stored and causes weight gain. Eat fruits and non-starchy veggies and healthy meats without breading and haven’t been fried. Eat meats like grilled chicken or steak or fish or turkey (lean meats). and NEVER eat pork! it’s soooo bad for you and sooo fattening. worms live in pork products (bacon, pork chops, sausage, ham,) If you don’t believe me, take a pork chop and pour rubbing alcohol on it and watch the worms surface. The only reason you can’t see them when you eat it, is because they’re cooked and already dead. DONT EAT PORK.
You’re golden if you follow those rules.
You really have to exercise. It’s impossible to starve yourself thin because your body goes into survival mode, where it takes everything you eat and turns it into fat. Which no-one wants.
Tips that have worked for me are:
Cut out all refined sugar (soda, sugar in coffee, cookies, candy, etc)
Drink 3 liters of water a day, spaced out over the day
Do half an hour intense cardio 6 times a week
Eat wholegrain rather than “white” for pasta, bread, rice
Spread your food intake to 5 or 6 meals a day
Never skip or delay breakfast
Eat lots of vegies (they have low amounts of calories, so you can eat lots and feel full without taking in many calories) particularly towards the end of the day
I learned most of what I know on diet/exercise from this guy who trains models: (check out the FAQs from the top menu). Hope that helps.
