First off, you are not going to lose 25 pounds by Thanksgiving. You will lose weight quickly and maybe up to 15 pounds if you are realistic.

You will need to start counting your daily calorie intake eating normal food you would eat everyday. The recommended max is 2000 calories per day. You need to cut your daily calorie intake in order to loose weight.

The next thing is cardio. You can not lose the amount of weight you want without sweating it off. You need straight up cardio; running, biking, treadmill etc…Start with 4 times a week for 30 mins and build up. good luck
