It might be difficult to reach your goal by thanksgiving, but you can sure try! I’ve been through lots of diets and let me tell you their is no magic pill. YOu have to exercises and eat healthy. I’ve recently joined weight watchers and the pounds are coming off. I eat (with moderation) and I’m losing the weight. Plus, I’ve been able to learn and educate my self on what is good nutritious food.

You need to lift weights at least 3 times a week. Go to Youtube and see some weight lifting basic work outs. You also need to do cardio exercise, in my experience sprinting is the best fat burning cardio exercise.

About your diet, just eat adequate carbohydrates, protein, and fat. Eat fruits and lean meat. Don’t eat much at dinner. You need to drink a lot of water everyday.

This works for me to lose 25 pounds. I’m sure it will work for you too.

how many kg do you want to lose ?

did u use many ways before to lose it ? why it couldn’t be done ?

do you want to try it if i suggest you the best ways and the good result to lose weight in the healthy condition ?

becasue i use this simple and healthy ways to lose 10kg in 3 month
