Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:


I’m giving myself lots of time in which to lose the 25 lb, but I’m not sure how to go about doing it. I have school until about five each day and no time in the mornings..so evening exercise is my only option. What can I do, what can I eat, how can i exercise? Can i make it?

eat really healthy and do a lot of cardio. don’t go overboard but just watch what you eat and be sure to get some cardio in. I think that with that much time you can lose that much weight. keep telling yourself “you can do this!” Good luck! (try eating lots of fruits and veggies. Stay away from sugar and grease.)

This is one of the most reasonable goals I’ve seen. It is very possible. Run, swim, play tennis, basketball, anything,lift weights ( if the right exercises are done you will not gain weight and will tone muscles not to mention it gets your heart rate up). Find a partner that is the best way to stay motivated.Have Soups, salads(without heavy dressing, use oil and vinegar or cottage cheese) fish, turkey breast, chicken breast, and always remember the goal, which is harder than it sounds. Then when you reach it try to keep it off that is the hardest part. Good luck. Tell me how it goes. Oh, and never starve yourself that is the worst thing to do, it shuts down your metabolism because your body tries to save nutrients and calories.
