okay so im about 5′2” and i weigh 130lbs i use to weigh 105 about a year ago and i want to go back to that before i go to italy in april i want to go it in a healthy way so i need tips on diet and exercise. thankss

eat 5-6 small meals a day (200-300 calories each)
don’t eat past 7pm (or three hours before you go to bed) because this food will be stored as fat.
do cardio exercise like running, biking, swimming, etc for at least 30 minutes a day
do muscle building exercise like lifting weights, crunches, push-ups, etc because even if you’re not looking to be toned, muscle burns calories more than fat
cut out all junk food a soda. if you are craving something sweet try dark chocolate or tea (or if you must have something sweet or salty, do, but remember everything in moderation).
try not to exceed 1500 calories in a day
stick to this and you will more than likely lose the weight that you want.
also, if you’re building muscle (which weighs more than fat) don’t worry about the number on the scale so much as how you look and feel!

Stop eating dessert, make sure you exercise everyday(walking or swimming is great), and make sure that you don’t starve yourself. you should eat less but not a really small amount.

count calories
eat 5 x a day
about every 3hrs
and no more than 1100cals a day if you want to lose 25by april
breakfast -1 serving of cereal and i serving of skim milk or
a pc. of toast with cream cheese and jelly
snack- a granola type bar and 1 cup of milk
lunch-sandwich( 2pc of bread,1 serving of meat,no fat cheese slice,mustard,or/and low cal mayo) pickle,a few chips
or bowl of soup and 1 pc. of bread
supper -300 cal. , a low cal microwave meal or same as lunch or anything =300cals.
snack-same as last snack or 100cal bag of microwave popcorn and a string cheese
above is how i lost 30lbs
exercise is anything you are willing to do on a regular basis, i just did 30min,3x a week of weight training to try and preserve muscle.a lb. of muscle burns 35cals a day just by existing, a lb. of fat about 4cals.
