Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:

I want to lose all the extra weight I gained during my first two years of college. I’m so depressed with myself right now. I am 5′ 2″ 150 pounds.
http://s396.photobucket.com/albums/pp43/kraziekayla89/ Here are some body pics to let you get an idea of how my body is proportioned.

Most of the weight I want to lose is in my stomach. I want to lose this weight before my brother’s graduation, as I will be seeing people I haven’t seen since high school.

What is the best way to go about doing this? Any tips or suggestions? Any success stories?

Is this possible?

Thanks!

Start counting your calories. Write down everything you eat in a day and the calorie content. Do that for a week to find your average daily calorie intake. Then cut the number of calories you consume by a third. It’s best if you plan your meals and snacks in advance so you can avoid impulse eating. Drink lots of water because it makes you feel more energetic and less hungry. I find that diet soda also helps you feel less hungry, especially the caffeinated variety.

You should do some kind of physical activity too. It doesn’t have to be a ******** workout every day. You can try a 30/30 to start out. That’s a brisk 30 minute walk, then 30 crunches 5 days a week. It takes 40 minutes of your day and does wonders for your rear end. After about a month, walking will no longer be a challenge, so jog 30 minutes instead.

Good luck!
