You are not FAT!!!!
you could lose about 15 - 20 pounds depending on how hard you work.
this is possbile, but remember you are still a very healthy weight.
From this information, you do not need to loose any weight. You are completely healthy, probably even on the petite side. You should think about WHY your doing this. Its a specific date so there must be something or someone for the reason of this. If you must loose weight do it for yourself and not anybody else If your just doing it for other people you will never feel good enough about yourself!
why not start now. if you really can’t say no to bad foods now then do you really think you can later?
Of course it is possible. But what exactly are you trying to achieve. Currently you seem to be at a healthy weight. If you are looking to tone, you may even gain a few pounds because muscle weighs more than fat. However, you may lose inches in all the right places:) Try strength training.
Also, try not to worry about what the scale says. Instead focus on getting the physique that you want. Hope this helps and good luck.
Have you ever heard of BMI or body mass index? Where you are now at 5′3.5″ and 128 lbs. is 22.3, which is in the normal range. Normal is 18.5- 24.9. What you’re shooting for at 103 lbs. would put you at 18.0 which is underweight. Check out this site to help you figure out a healthy weight to shoot for.
25 lbs between now and march is a very realistic goal. however, you will be a disgusting stick if you lose 25 lbs. maybe you should just work out to firm up a bit, (focus more on resistance than cardio) and not worry about losing mass.
